Nuneaton
Warwickshire County Council
Warwickshire County Council school project involved the removal of the existing cladding system and the installation of a new fire-compliant solution designed to meet the strict requirements of an educational building. Following extensive research after the Grenfell Tower fire in 2017, all materials were carefully selected to achieve the necessary fire performance standards.
A key part of the project was sourcing specialist panels manufactured by ArcelorMittal in Hungary. These panels were selected specifically because the building required a two-hour fire-rated solution, making the choice of materials critical to the success and compliance of the project.
- Detailed material research and compliance review
- Fire safety-led design approach for a school environment
- Siderise technical input, site support, and installer training
- Project completed ahead of schedule
To support the fire strategy in full, Siderise products were incorporated into the system where appropriate. Their technical support was excellent throughout the project. Following several site meetings to assess the suitability of their products for the required application, Siderise also arranged for their training team to attend site and provide installation guidance to our operatives. This ensured the products were installed correctly and to a high standard.
Despite the complexity of the works and the high level of compliance required, the project was completed ahead of programme, and the client was extremely pleased with the final result.

Concord House
This project involved the complete redesign and installation of a new roofing system for Concord House, a large-scale commercial building covering over 4,000m², which was being converted into a self-storage facility.
Acting as the principal contractor, CSL Roofing was responsible for both the design and full execution of the works. The existing roof structure was stripped back to its primary frame, allowing for a complete redevelopment of the roofing system to meet the new functional requirements of the building.
- Principal contractor for full project delivery
- In-house design and engineering solution
- Installation of new purlins and cleats
- End-to-end delivery: design → execution
Our in-house design team developed a tailored solution, ensuring the new roof system provided long-term performance, structural integrity, and suitability for the building’s new use.
The installation included new purlins and cleats, followed by the fitting of Kingspan KS1000RW roof panels, delivering a high-performance, insulated roofing solution.
All works were carried out by our experienced on-site team, ensuring the project was delivered efficiently and to the highest standard from design through to completion.

Pilsworth Industrial Estate
This project involved the refurbishment of an occupied industrial estate, where a key requirement from the client was that all works be carried out with zero disruption to existing tenants operating on site.
To achieve this, CSL Roofing designed and implemented an oversheet roofing system, allowing the existing roof to remain in place while installing a new compliant system above. This approach ensured business continuity for all tenants while delivering a full upgrade to the building’s performance.
Alongside the roofing works, the existing cladding system was repaired and treated using specialist coatings, restoring both its appearance and durability.
- Live site project with no disruption to tenants
- Bespoke oversheet roofing system design
- Existing roof retained, reducing downtime and cost
- Replacement of all rooflights to meet fire safety standards
All rooflights were replaced with new units designed to meet current fire safety requirements, significantly improving both natural light within the units and overall safety compliance. The upgraded system now meets the latest building regulations and aligns with current insurance requirements, giving both the client and tenants increased confidence in the building’s performance.
The result is a fully refurbished, brighter, and compliant industrial facility, delivered without disruption to daily operations.
- Upgrade meets latest building regulations and insurance requirements
- Improved natural light and overall building appearance
- Fully refurbished and modernised industrial estate
